With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gary Parsons of Xenia, Ohio, who passed away on February 13, 2025 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence J. Parsons and Rosa Marie Parsons (Howard); and his brothers, Larry J. Parsons, David E. Parsons, Donald Parsons and Lonnie L. Parsons.
He is survived by: his children, Alicia Thacker (Joe) of Jamestown, David Parsons (Kyra Redder) of Xenia and Daniel Parsons of Xenia; his grandchildren, Alexandra Beam, Leigha Climer, Ryleigh Thacker, Wyatt Jackowski, Avery Jackowski, Kaylee Ky, Samuel Parsons and Brooklyn Parsons; his sister Linda Barnett (David) of Jamestown; and his grandmothers, Jean Williams of Jamestown, Charlotte Gardiner of Jamestown and Peggy Lucas (Ron) of Jamestown. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Powers-Kell Funeral Home (12 N Limestone St, Jamestown, OH 45335). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
