He was predeceased by: his parents, Vurl Lacy and Clarice Lacy (Lykins). He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Michele Hetzer and Jill Walko; his grandchildren, Justin Macy, Madison, Bailey and Sydney Walko; his great grandchild Hayden; and his siblings, Bette Cole, Barbara Rolfe, Harold Lacy, Fred Lacy and Leon Lacy.
