Gary C. Chapman Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 16, 2024, at the age of 84, Gary C. Chapman of Xenia, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur H. "Steve" Chapman and Audria Clark Brown; his granddaughter Sadie Chapman; his great grandchildren, Jett and Zeke Baker; and his siblings, Melvin Diamond, Vera Simons, Ruth Pflanzer, Maxine Brandel, Wilda Baer, John Diamond, William Diamond and Gwen Tonne.
He is survived by: his significant other Victoria Haren; his children, Kelley Wright (Marty) of Beavercreek Twp, Gary H. Chapman (Bernadette) of Cullman, AL and Darin Chapman of Wilmington; his grandchildren, Amber Baker (Justin) and Jared Wright (Laura); his great grandchild Brooks Baker; his grandchildren, Edison, Anna June and Hudson Wright; and his sister-in-law Roberta Rathweg. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Annual Campaign at the Xenia YMCA in honor of Gary Chapman.
