He is survived by: his sons, Craig A. Holley and Darren Holley; his stepchildren, Denise Adkins (Jim) and Bryan Estep; his siblings, Mae Whittington (Max), Frank Holley and Larry Holley (Rose); and his sister-in-law Carol Holley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and by many close friends.
