It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Felicia Shelley of Xenia, Ohio, born in Goldsboro, North Carolina, who passed away on April 14, 2021, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her son Kameron L. Shelley; and her sister-in-law Jodie Marbaugh. She is survived by: her parents, Billy Dean and Barbara Marbaugh (Moon); her husband Todd E. Shelley; her children, Kirsten R. Loar (Zachary) and Nathaniel T. Shelley; and her brother LeRoy Marbaugh. She is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
