He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Pagett and Clara Irene Peterson Pagett; his wife Barbara Jean Pagett; his daughter Debra Jean Pagett-Gleason; and his sister-in-law Judith Pagett.
He is survived by: his children, Kathy Jo Smith (James) of Xenia, Denise Irene Pagett of Xenia, Rocky E. Pagett of Xenia and Barry W. Pagett (Shari) of Xenia; his grandchildren, Telcie Pincelli (Michael) of Rochester, NY, J. T. Smith (Kali) and Laura Carter (Jason) of Xenia; his brother Hugh Pagett; his niece Lisa Hale (James); and his nephew Keith Pagett (Brandi) of Xenia. He is also survived by great-nieces, and by many close friends.
