She was predeceased by: her parents, Logan Francis and Katie Francis (Combs); her husband Eugene C. Rapelye; her siblings, Martha Whitaker, Pearl Asbel, Erna Mae Noble, Edna Noble, Opal Brush, Beulah Brown, Omar Francis, Kerney Francis, Hazel Neace and Emily Gwin; and her son-in-law Paul Thompson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Pamela Kingsolver (Vernon) of Xenia and Adele Rapelye of Dayton; her grandchildren, Yolanda Gould (Greg), Katie Wade (Patrick) and Michael Rapelye Thompson (Kelli); her great grandchildren, Jace Wade and Sadie Williamson; and her siblings, Launia Brown, Logan Francis Jr., Geneva Edwards and Vincent Francis of Xenia. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
