He was predeceased by: his parents, Ted Baker and Edna Chambliss Baker; his father-in-law Norman; his siblings-in-law, Wanda Moore (Albert), Wilma Rigney (Les), Dale Meredith (Yvonne) and Boyd Meredith; and his son-in-law Chip Noble.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy L. Baker (Meredith); his children, Deborah Noble, Jim Baker (Sheryl) and Kenny Baker (Kimberlee); his grandchildren, Sam Noble, Dan Noble (Christi), Meredith Noble (Rick Rothfuss), Shamus Baker (Megan Anderson), Marissa Chubner (Justin) and Jessica Holley (William); his great grandchildren, Koltin Noble, Sophie Henson, Kaylee Chubner and Kennedy Holley; his brother Dick Baker (Linda); and his grandchild Chip Noble. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and by many close friends.
