She was predeceased by: her parents, William Daniel and Gladys Marie Hayslip (Shoemaker); her husband Derald E. Berry; her grandson Matthew Berry; her siblings, Charlotte Harrison, Nancy Meade and William Hayslip, Jr.; and her brother-in-law Bobby Estes.
She is survived by: her niece Brandy Estes; her daughter Jennifer Lynn Berry; her sister Donna Estes; her granddaughter Emily Michelle Berry; her great grandchild Madison Lynn Waggoner; and her siblings-in-law, Larry Meade and Betty Lewis. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and friends.
