He was predeceased by: his parents, Otha Bell and Martha Bell (McCluskey); his son Rickey Bell; and his wife Mary Ella Bell. He is survived by: his daughter Vicky Garcia; his stepdaughters, Wanda Stephens Brewer and Esther Everitt (Gary); and his adoptive daughter Ginger Mussetter (Jim). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
