He was predeceased by: his parents, George Salyers and Madge Salyers; and his siblings, Vernol Salyers, Bruce Salyers and Dianna Salyers.
He is survived by: his wife Kathie Salyers; his sons, Brandon Salyers (Amber) and Darren Salyers (Adrianne O'Neal); his grandchildren, Zachary Salyers, Cameron Salyers, Katelyn Salyers and Benjamin Salyers; and his siblings, Nigel Salyers, Drexel Salyers (Anna) and Agnes Gullett (David). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or the Kobacker House in Columbus, Ohio.
