She was predeceased by: her parents, William Laurence and Goldie Cox (Gill); her children, LaDonna Lynn Yates and Marion Eldon "Tony" Yates Jr.; and her siblings, William Cox (Billy) and June Neilson.
She is survived by: her husband Marion Eldon Yates; her children, Shirley J. Edwards (James), Douglas W. (Doris Yates), David W. (Kathy Yates), Thomas E. (Tina Yates) and Christopher A. (Mabi Yates); and her brother James Cox (Martha) of Ripley, OH. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; one great great granddaughter; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Shriners Hospital for Burned Children.
