He is survived by: his children, Kathy Lewis (Fred), David Stephens (Dottie Moles) and Daniel Stephens; and his grandchildren, Maryjo Gerrard (Josh), Don Lewis (Kristi), Kristy Stephens, Amanda Stephens, Danielle Pompilio, Gage Stephens and Cole Stephens. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
