He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Harner and Edith Harbison Harner. He is survived by: his wife Sandra (Welch); his children, Scott Harner and Amy Thompson (Jason); and his grandchildren, Zachary Thompson (Mary), Jacob Thompson and Sarah Harner.
