And as we bid David Wendell farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Oliver Wendell Hook, Jr. and Naoma Moore; and his siblings, Debbie Caskey (Mitchell) and Don Hook. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews, and by many close friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Ohio's Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Ave., Dayton, OH, 45420, in his memory.
