He is survived by: his parent Alberta Jewett (Rickman); his wife Melanie Johnson (Netter); his children, David Johnson Jr of Fairborn, Xenia Johnson of Fairborn and Michelle Johnson of Fairborn; his grandchildren, Ashley Nicole Mobley, Cameron Lamarr Johnson and Myisha Johnson; and his brothers, Robert Jewett of Xenia, Arnett Jewett of Boston and Roger Jewett (Darlene) of Aurora. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
