He was predeceased by: his parents, Joan Fadely (Gibson) and Robert Fadely; his brother Ronald Fadely; and his pets, George and Bubba.
He is survived by: his daughters, Staci Pacheco of Xenia and Mindy Fadely of Xenia; his sister Lynn Erbaugh (Robert); and his sister-in-law Edie Fadely. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
