He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Blackburn and Mildred Blackburn; and his brothers-in-law, Bruce Boyd and Perry Pittroff. He is survived by: his wife Becki Blackburn; his children, Joshua Blackburn, Joel Blackburn (Heather) and Dara Blackburn; his brothers, Neal Blackburn (Barbara) and Roger Blackburn (Mary); his grandchildren, Ashley, Claire, Briley Blackburn, Casey, Emma and Cooper Potts; and his siblings-in-law, Karen Thomas (Tim) and Jim Boyd (Marti). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
