He is survived by: his extended family, Paul Carroll, Michael Schubert and Arrell Johnson; his wife Pamela (Sweeney); his children, Julie Jewett-Riley (Mike) of Ostrander, Ohio, Brian Jewett of Xenia, Ohio, Kevin Jewett of Xenia, Ohio and Lori Morris of Beavercreek, Ohio; his grandchild Madyson Smith (Isaac); his children, Gavin Morris, Ellen Riley, Allison Riley, Michael Riley and Kaylee Morris; his great grandchild Lyla Smith; his siblings, Harold Jewett (Carolyn), Rosetta Lanier (Eddie), Loretta Exline (Bob), Bob Jewett (Alice) and Doug Jewett (Robin); his in-laws, Rebecca Strayer (Jay), Ted, Fred Sweeney (Billie) and Peggy Zimmer (Jack); his caregiver Tiffany Rue; and also Karen Colosimo. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
