He is survived by: his wife Patricia Brock; his daughters, Melissa Durham (Tim) and Bernadette Johnston (Patrick); his grandchildren, Mason Henderson, Carter Henderson, Brooke Johnston and Dallas Johnston; and his sisters, Brenda Cosler (Mitch) and Cathy Nivison. He is also survived by friends and family members, including many nieces and nephews.
