He was predeceased by: his sister Wanda Williams. He is survived by: his parents, Russell Sr. Mills and Ruth Mills; his wife Mavis; his children, Patsy Matthews (David), Steven Mills (Barbara), Gregg Mills (Lulyver) and Craig Mills; his grandchildren, Michael, Tasha (Cole), Justin, Tanya, Danny, Emily and Katie; his great grandchild Theodore; his sister Roberta "Bert" Terrell; and his sister-in-law Marge Mills. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Dayton in Dale's honor.
