It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cynthia Kay Hawkins (Xenia, Ohio), who passed away on January 30, 2020, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Volney Mercer; and her sister Carol Belcher. She is survived by: her mother Earldean Mercer (Creel); her siblings, Volney Mercer Jr. (Lizza) and Carla Davis; and her stepson Clarence Hawkins, Jr. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
