He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Frye, Sr. and Frances Irene Frye. He is survived by: his close friend Lisa; his daughter Audrey Malena Frye; his granddaughter Bianca Maria Roach; and his siblings, Eugene Frye Jr., Adam Frye and Debra Leach. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and countless cousins.

Donations in lieu of flowers may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
