He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph Dorsten and Olive Dorsten (Schwieterman); his wife Rosemary Dorsten (Didrick); and his parents-in-law, Carl Dorsten (Marcella), Gerald Dorsten, Othmar Dorsten (Sally), Bob Dorsten (Virginia), Ermal Dorsten, Harold Dorsten, Cyril Dorsten and Lois Hemmelgarn (Floyd).
He is survived by: his sons, Marty Dorsten (Dianne) of Port Royal and Bill Dorsten (Vicki) of Xenia; his grandchildren, Nakia Dorsten of Chicago, Lindsay Duke (Kevan) of Waynesville, Chris Dorsten (Katie) of Centerville and Jason Beaver (Mandy) of Miamisburg; his great grandchildren, Valentine Gelata, Kherington, Colbie Duke, Honour, Zion Dorsten, Weston and Sadie Beaver; and his sister-in-law Joyce Dorsten.
