It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles W. Cowens of Xenia, Ohio, who passed away on October 14, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John M. Cowens and Mary Belle Cowens (Parker); his siblings, John D., Robert Cowens and Betty Mettler; and his granddaughter Amanda Horsley.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Cowens (Jordan); and his children, Kimberly Hill (Kenny) of Xenia, Kristi Harvey (Greg) of Xenia, Gina Horsley (Larry) of Xenia and Keith Cowens (Melissa) of Xenia. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
