He was predeceased by: his father Charles L. Shaw Sr.. He is survived by: his family Chuck; his wife Tamra Fultz Shaw; his children, Cara Shaw of Dayton, Amber Jones of Xenia and Dustin Nelson of Xenia; his sisters, Cheryl, Gail and Kay; and his grandchildren, Dejah, Sumarah, Brenden, Payten, Kamden, Dustin Jr. and Mariana. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the funeral home to help off set funeral costs.
