He was predeceased by: his parents, Noble Elliott and Alice Elliott (Pliske); and his brother James Elliott. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Elliott (Shaw); his daughter Melissa Kelble (Brian); his sisters-in-law, Donna Elliott of Heath, OH and Dorothy "Dottie" Shaw; and his nephew Darren Elliott (Lori).
