He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Banzhof and Helen Banzhof; and his brother Jeffery B. Banzhof of Florida. He is survived by: his wife Linda Banzhof; his sons, Nathaniel Banzhof (Adrienne) of Ohio and Jeremy Banzhof (Sarah) of Ohio; his granddaughters, Lydia, Eleanor and Nadia; his brother Mark Banzhof (Rita) of Washington; and his brothers-in-law, Phil of Florida and Tom Baggett of Florida. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
Memorial Contributions can be made in Bruce's honor to the American Stroke Association and/or the American Cancer Society.
