He is survived by: his wife Donna Hayslip; his daughters, Stephanie and Kimberly; his grandsons, Tyler Estes and Michael Rogers; his great grandchild Myking Rogers; his sisters, Sue Iler, Janice Gilbert (Paul) and Gladys (Dave); his siblings-in-law, Lavonne Berry and Larry Meade; and his caregiver Russell Elkins. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
