She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Koogler and Marie Koogler (Shoup); her husband George; and her brothers, Edward and Gene Koogler.
She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Delaney and Marsha Ann Cyphers; and her granddaughter Amanda Delaney. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
Her family requests that no flowers be sent.
