He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Weir and Elizabeth "Beth" Farquhar Cooper; and his daughter Annette Cooper. He is survived by: his wife Carrie Cooper (Miller); his daughter Michelle Robertson (Boyd); his stepson Terry Skipper; his grandchildren, Seth Robertson and Brandie "Moe" Williard (Lance); his great grandchildren, Caitlin, Alyssa and Williard; and his siblings, Peggy Kroshke, Phyllis Biggins (Rodney), Richard Cooper (Barbara) and Don Cooper (Elizabeth). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Cancer Research or to the Jamestown Church of Christ, Youth Ministry.
