She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Haines and Susie Clevenger Haines; and her husband Harry W. Woolard. She is survived by: her daughters, Cathy Luttrell and Vicki Newton of Xenia; her grandchildren, Andrew Luttrell, Brian Huss (Maria) and Amy Howard (Kenny D.); her great grandchildren, Kaleb Anderson, Zachary Huss, Kyndall Howard, Tucker Howard and Albreckt Howard; her niece Jackie Haines Swanson; and her great-nephew Landon Swanson.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Waynesville O.E.S., Chapter 107, in her memory.
