She is survived by: her husband Gene "Max" Moore; her daughters, Melanie Dunlevy and Cindy Nuckles; her grandchildren, Ryan Dunlevy, Brock Nuckles and Tyler Nuckles (Rachel); and her great grandchildren, Brennen Dunlevy, Violet Nuckles, Sierra Nuckles and Rayson Nuckles.
