She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Blocker and Leona Blocker; her brother Jay Blocker (Carolyn); and her brother-in-law Rick Bottoroff (Charlotte). She is survived by: her husband Elwood "Butch" Tobias; and her sons, Gregory S. Tobias (Jenny) of Centerville and Peter L. Tobias of Lorain. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, in-laws, and close friends.
