She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Dumford and Jennie Dumford (Adams); her husband Frank W. Wagner; her sons, Daniel Lee Wagner and Jon A. Wagner; and her siblings, Donald, Ralph, George, Larry Dumford, Bonnie Ehlers, Geraldine Neace and Phyllis Blackaby.
She is survived by: her children, Frank Wagner (Susan) of Naples, FL, Kenneth A. Wagner (Gina) of Riverside, CA and Beth Copeland of New Carlisle; her brother Carl Dumford (Janet) of North Carolina; and her daughter-in-law Mary Wagner. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
