With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Athena L Roades of Xenia, Ohio, who passed away on October 11, 2021 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Fullen and Jessie Fullen (Stafford); and her brother Willie Fullen. She is survived by: her husband Kirk D. Roades of Xenia; her sons, Douglas Roades (Nickie) of Xenia, Travis Roades of Xenia and Shawn Roades (Angela) of Dayton; her grandchildren, Nicholas, Hailey, Chancellor and Scarlett; her siblings, Sheryl Bowman (Ernie) of Spring Valley, OH and Richard Fullen of Xenia; and her sister-in-law Terry Fullen. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

We had great times together many weekends at our grandparent’s home near the old OS&SO Home. What a lovely place that was!
