She is survived by: her mother Andrea Reed; her stepfather Chad Reed; her father Donald R. Lewis, Jr.; her siblings, Annmarie Lewis and Donald R. Lewis III; her grandparents, Sandra, Donald R. Lewis, Sr. of Dayton, Kenneth and Elizabeth Miller of Jamestown; her nieces, Hailey-Faith Lewis, Layla Lewis and Alice Robinette; her aunts, Anita Moore Price, Julie Miller, Kelly Miller, Christine Miller (Dusty) and Dawn Huff (Mike); and her cousins, Kyli, Justin, Megan, Taylor, Mikah and Laura. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
