She was predeceased by: her parents, Hall Francis and Elma Francis (Bayless). She is survived by: her children, Russ Wagner (Della) of Lakeview, OH, Leonard Wagner of Sardinia, Betty L Foody of Hillsboro and Hazel Daniels of Hillsboro; and her close friend Ponch of Yellow Springs, OH. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren.

During the funeral and visitation, facial coverings and social distance rules will apply.
