It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Andrea L. Diviak of Xenia, Ohio, who passed away on May 30, 2020, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her daughter Cierra Diviak; her parents, Jennifer Holland (Gary) and Phillip Worek (Becky); and her sister Angela Ralstin (Jason). She is also survived by three nephews.
