He is survived by: his children, Alva Jr. (Larry Allinder), Susan Turner (Robert) of Fairborn and Rance Robinson of Xenia; his stepsons, Doug Mick of Miamisburg and Jason Mick (April) of Xenia; his grandchildren, Dana Kilner (Megan) and Joseph Madelans (Sarah); and his great grandchildren, Ryleigh, Jared, Travis, Destini, Aidan and Chase.
