She was predeceased by: her parent Frank Armstrong; her husband Charles E. Hart, Jr.; her brothers, Roland Armstrong and Robert Armstrong; and her brother-in-law Lewis Dewey.
She is survived by: her parent Mary E. Blackburn Armstrong; her sister Donna Kay Dewey of Covington, Ohio; and her siblings-in-law, Glenn Armstrong (Opal) of Wilmington, Donna Armstrong of Hillsboro and Janice Armstrong of Medway, Ohio. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
