He was predeceased by: his parents, William R. Jr. Kauf and Dorcas M. Livingston Kauf; his wife Dianna L. Benson; and his brothers, Everett, Russ and Johnny Kauf.
He is survived by: his son Brian Kauf (Lisa) of Orrville; his granddaughters, Brianna and Sierra Kauf; his great grandchild Hadley Mae Goodard; and his siblings, LuAnn Locke and Don Kauf.
