He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Francis J McPheron Sr. and Violet McPheron (Golden); his siblings, Maxine Caskey, Robert McPheron (Maridel), Francis McPheron, Jr. (Linda), Grace McPheron (Adams) and Ruth Ester McPheron; his wife Cynthia McPheron (Barnhart); and his daughters, Wanda (McPheron), Sivis (Steven) of Clarksville, TN, Renae (Green), Miller (Tim) of Millersburg, OH, Stephanie (Green), Unkefer (Thad) of Smithville, OH and Theresa Green (Tim McElfresh) of Apple Creek, OH.. He was also cherished by the daughters he is survived by his 16 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and multiple nieces and nephews.
