He was predeceased by: his father Glenn E. Carlisle; and his brother-in-law Thomas Anderson. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy A. Carlisle of Wooster; his siblings, Randall Carlisle and Candace Anderson of Petersham, MA; his niece Emily Adair Anderson (Tyson Neukirch); and his nephew Barrett Carlisle Anderson (Emily Joy Anderson). He is also survived by six great nieces and nephews.
