He was predeceased by: his wife Eileen R. (Burns); his sister Joan Cerny; and his brother-in-law George "Tom" Kuhn of Kingsville, MD.. He is survived by: his children, Christopher Struzik (Lisa) of Wooster, OH. and Gwen Smith (Bob) of Winston-Salem, NC; and his grandchildren, Zachary, Ashlyn, Lauren, Hannah and R. C..
