She was predeceased by: her husband Rev. James E. Sustar; and her daughter Pamela Ruth Sustar. She is survived by: her sons, Rev. James Sustar (Shirley) of Wooster, Terry Sustar (Sandy) of Wooster and David Sustar of Strongsville; and her sister Donna Lissekam Kurtz Fleshman. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and dear friends.
