She was predeceased by: her father Harce Lee, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Jerome L. Cosyn; her children, James of Wooster, OH and Erin of Shaker Heights, OH; and her grandchildren, Nathan Hajek and Anastasia Cosyn.
