She was predeceased by: her father Mitchell; and her brother Daniel Lee Osborne. She is survived by: her husband David Willoughby; her children, Matthew Willoughby (Sabrina) of Apple Creek, Brian Willoughby of Wooster and Lisa Carpenter (Seth) of Orrville, Ohio; her grandchildren, Samuel Willoughby, Clara and Daniel Carpenter; and her sister Debi Rissover (Harvey) of Ocala, Florida..
