She is survived by: her daughter Rachelle Provence (Patrick) of Wooster; her grandchildren, Ashley Provence and Michael Provence, Jr.; her brothers, James Sweigert (Rosemarie) of Florida and Vernon Sweigert (Sue) of Florida; and her siblings-in-law, Dotti Udell of Wooster and Fred Ray (Gloria) of Ann Arbor.
