He was predeceased by: his parents, John Biggs and Treva Swinehart Biggs. He is survived by: his wife Saundra Lengacher; his daughter Carmen Greene (Nathan) of Wooster; his grandchildren, Carolyn and Noah Greene; his brother Bradley Biggs of Clyde; and his nephews, John and T. C. Biggs.
